ABOUT PASTOR ROYAL FARRIS Senior Pastor Royal Farris has a heart for the hurting in Dallas/Fort Worth Mid-Cities area. Prior to beginning his pastorate and founding Life Connection Church, he was counseling professionally for eight years. He holds a Masters Degree in Counseling. Of his years of counseling, Pastor Farris says, "God has shown me there is a recurring theme in the lives of people when they have come to a counselor for help. Whether the presenting problem is drugs, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, marital problems, or any other emotional issue, the underlying problem is a relational one. When people are hurting, when life seems to be falling apart, they disconnect from God and from others."
