Senior Pastor Royal Farris has a heart for the hurting in Dallas/Fort Worth Mid-Cities area. Prior to beginning his pastorate and founding Life Connection Church, he was counseling professionally for eight years. He holds a Masters Degree in Counseling.

Of his years of counseling, Pastor Farris says, "God has shown me there is a recurring theme in the lives of people when they have come to a counselor for help. Whether the presenting problem is drugs, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, marital problems, or any other emotional issue, the underlying problem is a relational one. When people are hurting, when life seems to be falling apart, they disconnect from God and from others."

Life Connection Church believes that helping people restore their relationship with God and others is the key to emotional and spiritual health.

Susan Miller, Administrative Assistant

Susan is a true professional in her role as an administrative assistant to pastors. During her working career she's been an assistant to three pastors in various churches. She became administrative assistant to Pastor Farris in 1999, before he founded Life Connection Church. She's even attended formal training leading to certification as a pastor's administrative assistant. Doing everything in the office, from answering phones to filing to producing the church bulletin to assisting Pastor Farris in all aspects of his ministry, she constantly proves she is a talented and dedicated lady.

Susan has two grown children, is a widow and lives in Bedford. Susan states, "I just love LCC & feel honored to serve the Lord in this church!"
